We would love to have you join us on a golf tour of Bavaria!

You can request a booking directly with Bavarian Golf Tours by using the online form, email, telephone or Skype.  Click below or see the Contact page for details.

Email Booking Request

You can send an email identifying the tour you’d like to take, the dates you would like to travel, your name, address, and phone number, the names of those who will be traveling with you, and your method of payment.or check.  That email should go to: KCreley (at) tonda.net

Payment Information

Multi-Day Tours: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The deposit amounts are specified on the individual tour pages. The deposit is payable at reservation time and the balance 28 days before the start of the tour. Day Trips: Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the tour if booked far enough in advance.

Billing and Payment Procedures

After you make a reservation request you will receive an email acknowledgement and an Invoice listing the details of your booking
and the total cost.  Reservations are tentative until deposits are received.

If you will be paying with PayPal:

Use the email address to which your PayPal account is attached to make your reservation.  You will be billed at that email address.

Bavarian Golf Tours will an email you a reply with an attached invoice, and will send you a separate email PayPal money request
in the amount of the invoice.

When the payment has been received, you will receive a reservation confirmation and final invoice, listing the balance which
will come due 28 days prior to your tour.  A second email money request will be sent when the final balance is due.

If you will be paying by credit card (MasterCard or VISA):

We’re happy to accept credit cards but will not ask for credit card details online or in emails.  If you use the online
form or email to book a tour to be paid by credit card, we will telephone you to get the card details.

Your credit card information will be retained for automatic billing of the balance due 28 days prior to the tour date.

If you will be paying by Wire:

Your reservation will be tentative until the wire is received.  We recommend Western Union; the transfers are quick, trackable and cost around €15,- per wire.
